Project Summary

The CRPP ImmuGene groups aim to develop gene therapy treatments for patients with unmet medical needs. Towards this end different Gene Therapy Approaches will be developed for and applied in patients with severe inborn immunodeficiency.

The first immunodeficiency addressed within ImmuGene is chronic granulomatous disease (CGD), a rare disease compromising life-expectancy of the patients.
